Didn't like anything, except clean room.

Staff were exceptionally pleasant, room was impeccably clean and huge.

Very good stay, as always. Newly remodelled and clean place. Accommodating staff, comfortable and best possible location near the convenient store, convenient restaurants and highways and many major companies building. Extremely comfy beds, coffee and a balcony in the room.

Had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was super comfy for my family. I wish the breakfast options were more varied.

I booked my hotel after work the same day I arrived. the front desk gave me trouble on checking in. my reservation was in the computer. All he really needed was my ID and Credit card, but he wanted to see my reservation number. it delayed my check in since I couldn't get my computer to bring up the booking. Unnecessary treatment! Unnecessary Delay!

WIFI enabled in room but not that strong. Location is the main reason I chose to stay. Free parking. Nice staff.

I should have been notified the total price including tax when booking online. Feel like a little bit tricky when booking online seeing lower rate than other sites, but eventually found out tax wasn't included which is very high in Canada.

My stay was enjoyable, especially since I was visiting nearby attractions with my family. The room was spacious and clean. I found the breakfast options to be quite limited and wished for more variety.

Best possible and perfectly comfortable location, close to Times Square. Nice building and rooms with view.

The place was fairly clean and we loved queen room. There where central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. The bed was exceptionally comfortable with down pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. Its location was marvellous and decent close to great dining options...

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were cute and professional. The room was spacious and clean. Great amenities included the fitness center and indoor pool. Wi-Fi was reliable too 🏊

I was very impressed with the set up and look of the room overall. It was very clean, comfortable, no noise from other rooms, just from hallway which wasn't excessive and lots of hot water. Staff was very pleasant, check in was very quick and easy and parking was good.

The pool was rather small for doing laps or anything and the whirlpool was a little dirty looking and chlorine so strong couldn't sit in it long. Restaurant had great food but small, breakfast was not hot, toast barley toasted, and it was located in front entrance so had little privacy or quiet.

Loved the spacious room with a comfy bed! The gym was well-equipped and the indoor pool was clean and fun. Parking was easy too!

The spacious room was like a cozy retreat, and the friendly staff were great too help us. Plus, the indoor heated swimming pool was a hit with the kids-perfect for a splash after a day of exploring!

The spacious room offered great comfort, with clean bedding and a well-functioning air conditioning unit. Conveniently located near restaurants and major highways made dining and travel effortless. Initially receiving a room with cigarette smoke odor was disappointing, and the lack of a full-service restaurant on-site limited dining options. A mishap with TV service in the first room added to a somewhat frustrating experience.
